Melatonin is an excellent alternative for falling asleep quickly. Also called sleep hormone, it is proposed for its effectiveness in reducing the time needed to fall asleep.

Health authorities recommend, in the context of jet lag: 0.5 mg before bedtime, at least three days before departure and until adaptation to the new time zone.

To relieve sleep onset disorders, melatonin helps reduce sleep onset from 1 mg before bedtime.

Densical® ProSommeil combines two active ingredients to fall asleep quickly and find peaceful nights. Densical® ProSommeil thus contains 1.9 mg of melatonin and 1320 mg of lemon balm (including 7.7 mg of rosmarinic acid).

Lemon balm is a plant traditionally used for its soothing properties on the nervous system.

Densical ® ProSommeil contributes to:

  • Help regulate sleep-wake cycles and promote peaceful sleep
  • Help you fall asleep faster, reduce nighttime awakenings
  • Improve the overall quality of sleep.
  • Reduce the effects of jet lag or shift work
  • Relieve symptoms of insomnia
  • Promote longer sleep duration

Adverse Effects of Lack of Sleep

Sleep is essential for physical, mental, and emotional health. Still, many people experience poor sleep due to various factors such as stress, anxiety, poor sleep hygiene, medical conditions, medications, environmental factors, and aging.

Poor sleep quality can adversely affect cognitive function, mood, and physical health, leading to an increased risk of accidents, cardiovascular problems, weakened immune function, weight gain, and mental health disorders. It’s important to improve sleep quality, such as establishing a consistent sleep schedule, creating a relaxing sleep environment, practicing relaxation techniques, avoiding stimulants before bedtime, regular exercise, managing stress, and seeking treatment for underlying medical conditions.

Densical® ProSommeil offers a practical solution that combines two active ingredients to remedy the lack of sleep and restore peaceful and beneficial nights.

Powerful combination of melatonin and lemon balm

According to a study published in the Journal of Clinical Sleep Medicine in 2017, the combination of Melatonin and Lemon Balm is effective in improving sleep quality and reducing insomnia symptoms. The study involved 170 patients with primary insomnia who were treated with Melatonin and Lemon Balm. This combination has been shown to be the most effective in improving sleep quality and reducing insomnia symptoms.

Other studies have also shown that lemon balm extract improved sleep quality and reduced sleep onset latency in healthy volunteers.

Melatonin is a hormone that regulates sleep-wake cycles, while Lemon Balm has a calming effect on the body and promotes relaxation.

Manufactured to the highest quality standards and rigorous testing, ensuring the quality, efficacy and safety of every Densical® SleepPro dietary supplement you consume.
